I was going to upload this next week but with the recent events going on in regards to women’s rights I felt this was the right time. For those that don’t know the meaning of the term “glass ceiling”, it describes the barrier to advance in a profession. It mostly affects women and minorities in businesses or corporations but it isn’t exclusive to any one person or group.
